There are numerous funds and programmes available to Greater Lincolnshire businesses, from peer collaboration networks to free low-carbon energy, supply chain solutions, free HR advice, and much more. Co-ordinated by Business Lincolnshire in collaboration with partners across Greater Lincolnshire, we showcase here for you a snapshot of some of the key support available to businesses at this pivotal time.

Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.

Delivered locally by the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub, we create diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable leaders to discuss their own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

Our expert facilitators provide the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for individuals, helping to build and strengthen businesses and improve overall performance across the following sector-specific networks: high growth, manufacturing, rural, visitor economy, charities, health and care, agriculture, and general categories.  For more information click here.

The Supply Chain Improvement Programme is led by Oxford Innovation, which is committed to providing business support to SMEs to help them improve their competitiveness and growth. Core work with clients is to understand their needs and build solutions that support them on their journey to success. By providing solutions to drive economic growth, OI delivers effective programmes by working in partnership with funders to produce tangible results within businesses and maximising the return on the initial investment. The Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce runs a series of free webinars and workshops on a range of relevant topics such as the Kickstart scheme, economic updates, upskilling, management training, mental health and more. Also available are networking events, as well as international trade training courses.

Support to business is currently focused on Covid-19 support and recovery, via the Recovery & Support Hub. The Chamber has also teamed up with Lincolnshire HR experts to offer free advice on a range of HR topics, including government Covid support funds, remote working, and workforce and redundancy planning.
