Have your say in the quarterly economic survey
Have your say by taking part in the Quarterly Economic Survey for Lincolnshire.
Have your say and help your business by joining our panel of businesses taking part in the Quarterly Economic Survey for Lincolnshire.
The QES is a business questionnaire which provides an essential health check on Lincolnshire’s economy every quarter. The results are closely watched and analysed by senior officials, business leaders, government at both local and national level as well as HM Treasury and the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee.
“QES intelligence is key to shaping the frequency and type of support provided to local businesses,” said Simon Beardsley, Chief Executive of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
“The survey is highly regarded by local and national government bodies and is therefore an important way for local voices to be heard, and by so doing bring change and development.
“It’s important that local businesses participate and fill out the QES in order to strengthen the results and provide a more detailed and accurate picture of our local economy.
“The results show real, timely and accurate data for anyone wishing to understand the economic changes, trends and shifts within Lincolnshire’s economy – an essential research tool for any business looking to expand.
“As good business practice it is important to understand the economic landscape. The unfiltered information we can access from QES can underpin strategic decisions to ensure we grow in the right way”.
The Lincolnshire QES forms part of the British Chamber of Commerce national business survey and is one of the most significant contributors to this vital piece of research.
All businesses in Lincolnshire are eligible to fill out the survey which comprises no more than 25 tick box questions. It covers a full range of topics including employment, confidence, investment and other external factors and it only takes two minutes to fill out.
