Skills Bootcamps in Project Management

This Skills Bootcamp will support the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours of individuals who undertake tasks with distinct start, end points and deliverables, to understand the key stages of a project and undertake a project within an organisation to achieve organisational objectives, and effectively manage resources. They will consider and evaluate widely recognised project management tools, risk management models and risk benefit analysis.  Delegates will be able to either expand the scope of their specific job role by undertaking additional duties with links to project management skills/or evidence practical skills within their CV.  The Skills Bootcamp is designed to support progression or application into roles which have responsibility for delivering projects in line with defined objectives, such as project managers and operations managers. Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the programme.

Skills Bootcamps in CMI Project Management 
Level 5.  63 hours. Face to face 
Provider: Tec Partnership, Grimsby.

A 12-week programme delivered by industry experts, covering the understanding of the nature and context of projects, understanding the management of stakeholders, including the project team roles and responsibilities, and understanding the planning and control of projects. Our Skills Bootcamps in CMI Project Management are aimed towards employees within a variety of industries, requiring the skills, knowledge and increased confidence to upskill into supervisory and managerial roles. Our sessions will be held at the Grimsby Institute campus consisting of days in the classrooms, and practical workshops. Support will be provided by our dedicated tutors throughout the Skills Bootcamps.
