A 12-week programme delivered by industry and leadership experts, LEAN/Six Sigma, cost saving and efficiency, critical thinking for leaders, effective communication, project management and IOSH Managing Safely, Our Skills Bootcamps are aimed towards employees within the manufacturing industry, requiring the skills, knowledge and increased confidence to upskill into supervisory and managerial roles. Our sessions will be held at the Grimsby Institute campus consisting of days in the classrooms, and practical workshops. Support will be provided by our dedicated tutors throughout the Skills Bootcamps.
