The Central Lincolnshire FEZ is a 30 hectare site with an approved Local Development Order and plans for 70,000 square metres of new commercial property development.

Focused on growing the UK Food Valley's central agrifood cluster, the site provides office, industrial and warehousing accommodation for food sector or related organisations.

Leading food supply chain businesses established adjacent to the FEZ include: Woldgrain Storage; ParkAcre; Plastipak Packaging. The FEZ has an onsite AD plant so tenants can access low carbon renewable energy generated on site.
