An Enterprise Adviser can help to bridge the gap between business and schools.

The Greater Lincolnshire LEP, working in partnership with the Careers and Enterprise Company, is developing an Enterprise Adviser Network (EAN) within Greater Lincolnshire. The Network aims to bridge the gap between education and business, enabling Enterprise Advisers, volunteers from business, to work directly with careers leads and senior leadership teams in secondary schools in Lincolnshire.  The EAN aims to support schools to develop their careers and enterprise opportunities and increase the number of encounters students have with employers and the world of work.
