This report has been produced by Metro Dynamics on behalf of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership. It sets out an analysis of the effects of Brexit on the Greater Lincolnshire economy. Analysis for this report began in February 2020 paused from March to July due to Covid 19 and resumed in late July 2020 once Covid 19 ’s initial effects on Greater Lincolnshire were better understood. 


This report summarises what is known about how the new system will affect Greater Lincolnshire's businesses and their ability to access the labour they require to fill job roles in key industries. It also sets out implications and recommendations for the Greater Lincolnshire LEP Board to consider in how they may best support businesses to prepare for and overcome the disruptions the new system will cause.
